Welcome to Avatar Mobile Welding. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services Avatar Mobile Welding provides mobile welding, fabrication, and related services across the Greater Toronto Area. Service availability, pricing, and timelines are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Quotes & Pricing Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted following an on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Scheduling: We operate daily from 7 AM to 9 PM. Scheduling is subject to availability, and emergency requests will be prioritised where possible but are not guaranteed.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing safe and accurate site access, accurate project details, and any necessary permits or approvals required for the work being performed.
Workmanship & Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms specific to a project will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the job.
Liability: Avatar Mobile Welding is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Cancellations: Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Avatar Mobile Welding’s liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
